By subway (TTC)

The OISE building is located directly on top of the St. George subway station. Use the Bedford exit. There is a direct entrance with an accessible ramp into the OISE building from the subway.

TTC fare: $3.25 each way

From Union Station

Take Line 1 north (towards Vaughan) to the St. George subway station. Use the Bedford exit. There is a direct entrance with an accessible ramp into the OISE building from the subway.

From the Toronto Coach Terminal (610 Bay St.)

The Toronto Coach Terminal is located one block west of the Dundas subway station. They are connected through Toronto’s underground PATH network.  From the Dundas subway station, take Line 1 south to the St. George subway station. Use the Bedford exit. There is a direct entrance with an accessible ramp into the OISE building from the subway.

By plane

A free shuttle runs to / from the Billy Bishop airport (aka the Toronto Island Airport)  approximately every 15 minutes. The shuttle stops at York Street, a short walk to Union Station.

If you are planning to travel from the airport to OISE by taxi, we suggest negotiating a flat rate ahead of time. Rush hour traffic can be heavy, and taxi fares increase quickly.

Parking

There is ample parking under the OISE building. There are also a number of  parking lots in the surrounding area.  See the map below for details:

Daily parking rates range from $15 – $20.
