Ramos is an official health blogger for Huffington Post and has appeared on CBC’s, Steven & Chris, CHUM and Virgin Radio and was named Woman of the Week from Women’s Post Magazine. Ramos’ focuses on digestive imbalances, mental health and hormone-related issues and can be found speaking at events, providing health consults or developing her next online program.
